With more than 17,000 square feet of beautifully designed spaces, Prospect Hall is a place where your imagination can truly take shape. The First Floor
Prospect Hall’s lower level is a welcoming retreat designed for comfort and connection.
Our commercial kitchen offers support to our hand-selected catering partners, while an intimate fitness space and sunlit lounge offer quiet places to recharge. A spa-style bath with dual showers and a soaking tub invites total relaxation, and the game and movie room is perfect for cozy, late-night fun.

The Second Floor
Whether you’re curled up in the library with a cup of tea, enjoying soft melodies in the music room, or dancing beneath the chandeliers of the soaring grand hall, every space at Prospect Hall feels like coming home to something extraordinary.
Alongside the music room, library, and center hall, this floor also features a garden dining room, a lounge with bar, a guest kitchen for preparing your own snacks and meals, and two spacious restrooms.

The Third Floor
The Third Floor is a festive retreat where couples and their loved ones can sip, snack, and relax together before and after the ceremony overlooking the grand center hall mezzanine.
Each of the three bedroom suites with intimate sitting area's, original fireplaces, and ensuite bathrooms are perfectly situated on the fringe of the festivities to allow our overnight guests an intimate space to relax and recharge away from the noise and excitement. The wedding suites provides all the essential amenities with ample space for the bridal party, dedicated makeup and hair stations, tons of natural lighting, and of course, exclusive access to the roof top deck.
The Fourth Floor
The fourth floor garrison has all the charm and architectural splendor of a historic barn. Featuring framing with a king post truss system that is supported by substantial rafters and purlins—a method seldom seen in residential buildings in Frederick, MD. The visible wooden pegs dotting the framework, remnants of wallpaper, and cedar closets left over from when the nuns ran St. John's at Prospect Hall will transport you back in time.
The use of this pace has yet to be determined.
Prospect Gardens
The gardens at Prospect Hall have been loving curated to awaken the senses and capture the timeless romance of historic Southern landscapes. From the quiet charm of the prayer garden to the European-style courtyard and the sweeping elegance of the front lawn, every turn invites you to relax and stay awhile.
Naomi’s Garden—a restored historic prayer garden on the west side—is a romantic ceremony spot for up to 150 guests, with sunlight filtering through the century-old magnolia and the scent of blooming flowers.
The nearly two-acre front lawn offers dappled shade beneath Kentucky coffee trees and the estate’s few remaining historic giants—an elegant setting for ceremonies of any size or a tented celebration when needed.
On the east side, a thoughtfully designed parking area features forty four spaces, two EV chargers, two handicap spots, and bike racks, it’s practical—yet still offers a warm and welcoming first impression.
Behind the Mansion, a European-style courtyard invites quiet intimacy. Stately brickwork and the gentle sound of fountains create an effortless outdoor extension of the home with outdoor dining for up to 150 guest.
