The Mansion has been reinvented to feel like your own private retreat—a personal, boutique experience that’s yours to savor and share all weekend long. Guests are invited to celebrate at a relaxed pace, surrounded by beauty, conversation, and the quiet joy of being together. Free from the rush of a single day, a multi day experience allows couples to fully immerse themselves in the love and laughter that make celebrations so special. Throughout your overnight stay, every space in the Mansion is yours to enjoy. Multi-day venue rentals at Prospect Hall are estimated to range from $25,000 to $50,000 for 2027, with pricing based on season and day of the week.
For couples that are looking for a more traditional single day experience, we plan to offer the same amenities on a more abbreviated, but equally sumptuous 14 hour reservation. Select weekend dates and times will be available during both peak and off peak seasons with venue fee's starting at around $15,000.
Inside, the Mansion accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated dinner, 200 for a cocktail reception, and 300 for a grand estate celebration. Designed for effortless entertaining, Prospect Hall’s flowing layout, timeless architecture, and elegantly appointed spaces create a natural harmony between indoors and out—perfect for gatherings both intimate and spectacular.
For the most intimate of gatherings, special rates will be available for Elopements and Weekday Weddings (under 50 guests). Please inquire for more details.

The Mansion offers nearly limitless opportunities to host events of all sizes from corporate meetings and team retreats to sparkling galas and photo shoots. By focusing on amenity placement and the functionality of design, we have built-in the ability to scale for an individually tailored experience.

Community Events
Community events are near and dear to our hearts. For those of you that know the history of this project, you know that James and I purchased the Mansion to save the building and return it to the community. Operating a venue is just the cost of that aspiration. We have so many idea's from hosting Easter egg hunts on the front lawn, showcasing local artists in the mezzanine, movie nights and ticketed dinner events. With all of that said, we would love to hear your ideas on how we can give back to the Frederick Community.
